Owner of  www.zefiricreations.com site is Ltd „Skiche”, registred in Republic of Latvia Commercial register with a no. 40103590914 (Legal address: Str. Lubanas 117-11, Riga, LV-1082, Latvia).
Purchasing in site www.zefiricreations.com is managed due to normative directives and instructions issued on 28 May, 2002, Republic of Latvia "Rules of Distance agreement". 

PRODUCT
All products are handmade and mostly made in one specimen. In case if there is more than one piece, they may not be 100% match in design.
Please take as know that there may be some difference in photo and original due to computer settings.

CARE
Please do use jewelry with care. Do not drop, scratch, use chemicals.
Silver tarnishes quite quickly when it comes into contact with oxygen or sulfur. If your silver is tarnished the best way to clean it is with a jewelry polishing cloth.
 

PAYMENT
Paypal or Bank transfer or pay by payment. To fulfill payment these institutions could ask sensitive data. All other data Skiche Ltd use accoringly to accounting  legislation as well for delivery of your order.

DELIVERY
As well Omniva stations (please check at Checkout).
Delivery expenditures starts from 3,00 EUR.
Products are delivered within 1-3 working days in Latvia.
European Union - 7-14 working days.
All other countries 7-50 working days. Custom fees is buyers responsibility.
We can make a gift packaging (before that please do contact us via [email protected])
Due to a current situation regarding Corona viruss, there may be delays.

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can send back product within 14 days (unused) and purchased on regular conditions. Custom order products we do not accept. 
Return of payment or change of product will proceed after receiving and evaluating product. Payment or product change will be disscussed seperately ([email protected]) 
Expenditures of returning goods are covered by customer.
